Accurate data. Clean records. Less administrative work.
Experienced in data entry, web research, Excel and Google Sheets, data cleaning, and organizing large datasets. 3,000+ hours of data work on Upwork.
I also build software — so structured data, spreadsheets and automation are familiar ground, and I’m comfortable doing the manual work too.
Welcome to the desk. Let me show you around — it takes about twenty seconds.
One live build and three independent samples demonstrating my data entry, research, and data-cleaning workflow — product data cleanup, lead research, and PDF-to-spreadsheet conversion. Choose one from the side to open it.
I work on the records side of a business: the intake queue, the export nobody wants to open, the folder of scans someone has been meaning to deal with. My job is to turn that into something clean, consistent, and usable.
I’ve done 3,000+ hours of data work on Upwork — data entry, web research, spreadsheet cleanup, verification, and PDF-to-spreadsheet conversion.
I’m also a developer. That matters less as a credential than as a habit: I think in structured data, I notice when a column is doing two jobs at once, and when a task is repeating itself I’ll usually write something small to handle it. The data cleaner on this desktop started exactly that way.
It also means I’m comfortable with the manual work. Plenty of data problems are too particular to automate, and the honest answer is to sit down and do them carefully.
Curious how I set up a job before starting? Open the notebook on the desktop.
Accurate data, clean records, and less administrative work. These are the areas I take on most often.

Type something and pin it to the desktop. Notes live in this browser only — nothing is sent anywhere.
Type the line exactly as shown, then press Enter. Live scoring — try it yourself, the numbers are yours, not mine.
Paste a messy column. Toggle the rules and watch it resolve. This one actually runs — entirely in your browser, nothing uploaded.
Names in one column and three formats. Addresses in a single free-text blob. A phone column where half the numbers lost their leading zero to a spreadsheet. This is the ordinary stuff, and it’s most of the job.
